(Al-An'aam) 6 : 113
وَلِتَصْغَىٰ إِلَيْهِ أَفْئِدَةُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ وَلِيَرْضَوْهُ وَلِيَقْتَرِفُوا مَا هُمْ مُقْتَرِفُونَ
To incline the mind of those who don't believe with the Hereafter towards it, and they are satisfied with it, and to acquire whatever they are acquiring.
The hypocrites are knowingly hiding the Truth Adhikr from mankind and are leading their followers to Hell as explained in verse 4: 41. The minds of those who are not believing in the Hereafter will be inclined to the speech of hypocrites, and both of them will be gathered in Hell as explained in verse 4: 140. The Impartial Lord will never send anyone to Hell until he witnesses against himself that he was a disbeliever as explained in verses 6: 130 and 7: 37. See explanation 3: 178; 6: 25-27, and 36.
